Mr. Sok Houl received a $200 loan in 2017 to start his business in selling baby duck eggs. He is the CSV for his group  of 25 beneficiaries. He has 8 kids (3 of which are of school age and attend school daily). He makes $25/day and receives $125/month from his brother as an additional source of income. As a CSV, he is responsible for ensuring that all his group members attend monthly meetings so coordinating that is one of his many jobs. Others include collecting loan repayments, making home visits as needed, and ensuring that even those who are unable to attend monthly meetings are all caught up with the information shared at the meetings. While he does want to have more training sessions, he has expressed that he is incredibly busy due to having to care for all his children and working, and being a CSV.
