Meet the 2018 GROW Team

It’s time to meet your GROW Team for 2018!

 

 

This is the GROW Coordinator, Brendon! He is an upcoming senior at the University of Denver studying biology. After his undergraduate years, he plans to attend medical school. He was born in Atlanta and grew up in Chicago, Korea, Arkansas, and Denver. He enjoys snowboarding, reading, and hiking!

 

This is Jakob from Ohio! He is also an upcoming senior at the University of Denver majoring in international studies with a focus on public health and development as well as Economics. He has been a part of GlobeMed for 3 years now and has held an executive board position. He plans on receiving a PhD in Economics or Public Health and hopes to work abroad for a significant period of time. Some hobbies of his include skiing, hiking, singing and listening to music.

 

This is Jenny! She is from Denver and is starting her last year at the University of Denver studying biology and psychology. She has been a part of GlobeMed for 3 years now and has held executive board positions as a community building co-chair as well as a campaigns co-chair. After graduation, she plans to a degree in physical therapy. Some of her hobbies include hiking and taking pictures.

This is Jess. She is from California and is entering her last year at the University of Denver as a biology, psychology, and history major.  She has been a part of GlobeMed for three years, and after graduation plans to get a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She loves to read, hang out with animals, and spend time in the ocean!
